Operations Manager - Facility Management (Multinational Account)

Manifest Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the facility management operations of a dedicated multinational client. The role is project-focused and requires strong operational leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery across the client’s portfolio.

The Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for the overall performance of technical maintenance, security, cleaning and help desk services, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards.
