Operations Manager for Club

Working Hours: 8.30pm – 4.30am (Thur–Sat, Eve PH) / 8.30pm – 3.30am (other days)

Role Summary

We are opening a Tamil music dance club concept operating till 3–4am. We are looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Operations Manager to run full night operations, ensure licensing compliance, manage staff performance, control incidents, and drive nightly revenue through strong floor leadership.

This is not a desk role. You will be the person in charge on the ground during peak late-night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full nightly operations from opening to closing (4am)
• Ensure strict compliance with Public Entertainment Licence and Liquor Licence conditions
• Lead and supervise bartenders, hosts, security, cashier and cleaner
