Job Description
The Operations Manager ensures the seamless delivery of Sodexo at Google's food services, facilities, and workplace experience programs across assigned sites. Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Director, the role focuses on operational execution, team leadership, client satisfaction, and compliance with both Sodexo and Google standards.
The Operations Manager is accountable for day-to-day site performance while contributing to operational improvements and service innovations.
