Operations Manager, Geopolitics and Government Relations

Job Description
The GGR Business Operations Manager is a central orchestrator for Geopolitics and Government Relations team, responsible for ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless execution across GGR operations, organizational processes, governance, engagements, and internal communications. This role co-ordinates internal and external visits, briefings and de-briefings, and co-ordinates annual governmental engagements schedule following Nokia's global standards. The individual also supports the Country Manager of Nokia Finland in executing the Country strategy.
This is a high-impact role combining operational coordination, government relations, engagement management, communications, and excellence. The role is based in the Nokia Headquarters in Espoo and the person is a member of the Nokia GGR HQ team.
