Operations Manager (Gold Mining Company)

PT. Pelsart Tambang Kencana is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all site-based mining operations, geological services (MGS), Drill & Blast, Drilling, HSET, and Earthwork. This senior leadership role is ideal for a professional with proven operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in roster-based site environments.

The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive production efficiency, maintain high safety and HSET standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all site operations.
