Sensmet is looking for an Operations Manager to help scale a globally unique deep tech solution transforming industrial and environmental liquid analytics.
Key responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and management team, acting as a key operational driver in Sensmet's international growth. You will ensure that our R&D projects, internal operations, and commercial support run smoothly as we scale.
A central part of your role will be managing national and international R&D projects, supported by organisations such as Business Finland, ELY, and the EU. You will take ownership of preparing, writing, coordinating, and reporting project applications together with our management team and technical experts.
