Operations Manager - Hypex Bio - Mining

Purpose of the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring that all processes related to the storage and supply of explosives are executed efficiently and safely. The role involves planning, resource management and the coordination of operational logistics to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Duties andResponsibilities

• Oversee the organisation's overall operations for their Emulsion products and services.
• Lead and coordinate all new projects, including pre-implementation work as well as post-implementation reviews.
• Adhering to and being proactive in site safety promotion.
• Analysing blast measurements and assessing performance against a baseline.
• Developing Case Studies, Papers, or Research.
• Work with internal stakeholders to build Product/Service Offering Models and establish implementation workflows.
