Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plans, directs and controls the activities of the Branch. This position formulates and implements policies and procedures and programs with regards to the branch's function pursuant to the operations design by the Company, He/She supervises the branch staff in the performance of their. responsibilities and participates in CQI activities and develops in-service programs for staff development and continuing education.
