  Job description 

  General Operations and Administrative Support:  
 General liaisons contact for the daily operational Shopping Centre matters.
 To conduct periodical operational & safety compliances review of the Shopping Centre, guided by our Ikano Retail manuals & guidelines as well as local codes.
 Manage the outsourced services e.g., Recycling & Buy-Back Centre, Carpark, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Landscaping, Security and Centralized Dish-Washing Service.
 To manage and respond to customers feedback / complaint in relation to safety and security, carpark and all other feedback in relations to general operations of the Shopping Centre.
 Prepare monthly report which includes analysis and update on goals & KPIs, cost efficiency plan, vendors performance as well as responsible in budgeting & forecast, contract review & negotiations and House Rules enforcement.
