Operations Manager

• Oversee and maintain efficient retail operations, maximize and sustain steady revenue stream from retail outlets.
• Ensure accurate pricing display, visual merchandising presentation meets company's standards and upkeep brand image.
• Review and efficiently deal with fast/slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action.
• Continuous analysis, develop a plan to suggest to management how each store could change in order to maximize profits and reduce expense or loss at the store level.
• Review company processes SOP and develop workflows that simplify and optimize business operations.
• Lead and manage a team with maintain positive company morale, competencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
