We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and strong Operations Manager who can oversee all daily operations, manage departments, ensure smooth workflows, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
This role requires strong coordination, monitoring, and leadership, not micromanagement. The Operations Manager will guide teams, review performance, resolve operational gaps, and ensure departments are functioning properly.
