Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary education Diploma or higher
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management or leading a team
• Strong Leadership skills
• Problem solving, decision making, proactive planning
• Extensive Courier industry Operations & Linehaul experience
• Freightware or Parcel Perfect knowledge & experience (Advantage)
• Good interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills
• Good relationship building (staff, customers, branches, suppliers)
• Admin ability & experience
• Ability to make difficult decisions
• Ability to plan
• Ability to interpret and follow a budget and manage a P&L
• Valid driver’s license and own car
• Motivated, energy, enthusiasm & passion for the job
• Runway – potential to grow
• Ability to work under pressure
• PC Experience (E-mail/Word/Excel)
