Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIBTION:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the confinement centre.
• Supervise and support all departments including housekeeping, kitchen, nursing, and front office.
• Ensure all services are delivered according to company standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular meetings, and handle scheduling and training.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with management on budgeting, cost control, and operational improvements.
• Plan and execute periodic audits to maintain high service quality.
• Assist in recruitment, orientation, and training of new staff.
