About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd as an Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the therapy centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service quality and productivity
2. Managing and overseeing the work of the therapy and administrative teams
3. Optimising resource allocation and workflow to enhance operational efficiency
4. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
5. Collaborating with the management team to identify and address operational challenges
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
7. Fostering a positive, customer-centric work environment
