We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join the Ardene Headquarters Store Operations team. This role is integral to elevating store performance by combining operational precision with a strong focus on people development. The Operations Manager will lead initiatives that enhance consistency, efficiency, and execution across all stores while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
