Operations Manager - LTL Freight

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading transportation company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Port Coquitlam, BC. This role reports directly to the Terminal Manager and plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control within a unionized setting.

• Manage dock and driver productivity while optimizing operational processes
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight flow to ensure efficiency and service excellence
