Job Title : Operations Manager

Reports to : General Manager/President

A.      General Function

Ensure consistent implementation of establishes standard, policies and procedures that drive the distributor business.  Act as the general manager to all functions covered by the distributor business and the point of contact to the principal on distributor management and development.

B.      Major and Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Totally responsible for the entire Sales Team performance for both Professional and the entire Operations of the NP Team;
2. Totally responsible and accountable in complying the Distributor Capability Assessment Tool (DCAT);
3. Supervises/manages directly the BDOs as its immediate head as this is the standard which comprises 40% - 50%.
4. The BDO shall directly reports to the Operations Manager;
