Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments
• Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures
• Supervise staff performance and ensure productivity and accountability
• Monitor operational costs, inventory, and resource utilization
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Administration teams
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
