• Provide optimum support to President/EA pertaining to store operations and managing marketing activities that lead to the development of investment positioning, sales ideas and sales increase.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management – The operations supervisor ensures that the machines and equipment in the store are always in good condition.
• Budget Management – Oversees that the operations budget is met at all times (manpower, expenses, Break-even sales, etc). Financial statement knowledge is a must.
• Operational Strategizing - Develops overall operational policy and ensures operations run smoothly.
