This role works directly with daily shipment movement, issue resolution, and coordination with the operations team, riders, and partners. It is a hands-on role focused on execution rather than purely administrative or reporting work.
We are looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and resourceful, who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership in an early-stage, fast-moving operational environment.
Experience working with logistics couriers, airport operations, or startups is recommended, as the role demands adaptability, process improvement, and hands-on coordination.
