About Us
The Global Outsourced Operations team is responsible for the coordination, planning, manufacturing, and delivery of Dyson products, refurbishment, spares, and accessories worldwide. This includes bringing new products and technologies into production and managing ongoing manufacturing processes. The team engages with and manages contract manufacturers and outsourced partners to ensure product quality, reliability, and optimal output.
About The Role
As Dyson's Operations Manager in Malaysia, you are at the centre of our manufacturing network—turning vision into reality. Your role is to direct daily operations, develop people and processes, and secure seamless, high-quality product delivery. Success means bridging the needs of the business, our global teams, and our key external manufacturing partners.
