Operations Manager

To lead and optimise end-to-end plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) targets. The role ensures efficient production planning and execution, continuous improvement, compliance with statutory and Prym standards, and cross-functional alignment across Production, Engineering/Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Lead daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets.
Ensure smooth workflow across production, warehouse, and related functions.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Conduct basic safety checks and ensure corrective actions are closed.
Quality & Process Control
Ensure products meet quality standards and reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
