Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees multi-branch store operations for both CLOUD Soft Treats and Super Matcha Philippines, ensuring smooth execution, profitability, and scalability across all locations. This role is responsible for maintaining high operational standards, supporting business growth, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

While the primary office base is at the Lucky RV Inc. Head Office, the Operations Manager is expected to conduct regular site visits to both CLOUD Soft Treats and Super Matcha branches as part of daily operational responsibilities.
