Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures and systems to improve client efficiency and satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Project.
Maintain records of operational activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
2 years of experience in operational management
Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
Knowledgeable in operational dynamics of the IT industry
Excellent leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
