Operations Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong or Quezon City. -
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as Operations Manager.
• Has excellent communication skills. Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
• Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short term financial projects (i.e. data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)
