Operations Manager

Siteserv, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee site operations, ensure project efficiency, and drive operational excellence across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily site operations and project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and support teams
• Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and operational costs
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Prepare operational reports for management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or energy projects
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willing to be assigned and relocate to Mariveles, Bataan
