The company is a leading retailer specializing in motorcycles and electric bikes, committed to innovation and sustainability. We are expanding our focus on electric bikes and seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our electric bike operations.

Position: Operations Manager, Electric Bikes 
Location: South Caloocan / Fieldwork: VisMin

Covered Areas: Visayas and Mindanao

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction for electric bikes.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
