Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Brand Operations Manager of BACHA (Philippines), responsible for driving sales and profitability for the Brand and its Stores. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with the Brand principal and other key stakeholders, ensuring retail excellence in alignment with both the Brand's and Valiram's standards.
Key Performance Indicators
Financial KPIs (total revenue, total GOP, AVG. F&B check, labour cost, inventory losses, ATV and UPT)
Strategy KPIs (promotion activities, marketing, competitor survey)
Operation Efficiency KPIs - Productivity, Profit enhancements, Customer satisfaction, Entrepreneurship spirit, Rostering (Sales Per Labour Hour).
