Leads Proaxis is a lead generation platform for the home services industry in the United States. We connect businesses that generate phone calls (leads) with contractors who pay for those calls — including roofing, plumbing, HVAC, garage doors, locksmiths, and more.

We are scaling quickly and looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to help structure, optimize, and scale our vendor operations.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the supply-side operations of our marketplace. This role is responsible for vendor onboarding, performance management, process improvement, and operational coordination.

You will play a key role in ensuring vendors are properly onboarded, monitored, and supported while maintaining high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
