Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Coordinate with forwarders and shipping agents for freight/chartering of vessels, barges, trucks, and railcars.
• Manage full contract administration, ensuring timely delivery, issuing invoices, payment orders, and preparing B/L instructions and responsible for coordinating a small team of junior‑mid level operators.
