Operations Manager

We have a great opportunity for Starr Risk Solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager - that will support Starr Risk Solutions Companies’ operations in Mexico City. Responsibilities: Participate in the entire project lifecycle, including, but not limited to, developing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, creating user guides, documenting process flows, and providing production support. Oversee analytics to support ongoing operational needs. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure consistency and accuracy for operational reporting. Thoroughly understand data fields, identify patterns of data irregularities, and improve data quality and entry. Investigate and reconcile account queries and discrepancies, analyze those discrepancies with internal teams, and document the actions necessary for approval and resolution.
