Operations Manager – Modular Cabinet

Job Description:

Oversee production, installation, and overall operations of modular cabinets to ensure quality, efficiency, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage production and installation schedules

Ensure product quality and adherence to design specifications

Supervise production staff and installation teams

Monitor inventory, materials, and procurement

Control operational costs and reduce waste

Enforce safety and company policies

Coordinate with design, sales, and suppliers

Resolve site and operational issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

3-5 yrs of experience with the same field

Has knowledge in designing of modular cabinet

Has background in using Sketch up, Vray, AutoCAD
