Operations Manager

Overview

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments. Lead warehousing, logistics, production coordination, and distribution activities to support FMCG operations. Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures. Supervise staff performance and ensure productivity and accountability. Monitor operational costs, inventory flow, merchandising schedules, and product movement. Ensure sufficient stock availability, proper inventory turnover, and minimize shrinkage or wastage. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Administration teams. Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure timely product delivery and customer fulfillment. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements specific to FMCG fast turnaround requirements.
