We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join one of our reputed homes in Melbourne!!!

Inner suburb of Melbourne
Permanent part time position (45 hrs a fortnight)

About the Role as Operations Manager (Non-Clinical), you will oversee Catering, Cleaning, Laundry, Maintenance, and other support services, ensuring residents enjoy the highest standards of comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage non-clinical staff teams
• Oversee catering, environmental services & facility maintenance
• Manage contractors and compliance with regulations
• Monitor budgets, resources, and operational performance
