Operations Manager, Non Emergency Medical Transfer

Voyago is hiring for an Operations Manager for our Non Emergency Patient Transfer Division, to oversee the Plexus North Health Division's within Ontario. This posting is to fill a vacancy.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day activity of their location and region. The Operations Manager will track Key Performance Indicators, be the first point of contact for the customer, ensure efficiency and effectiveness and provide leadership and direction to the operations team, along with a team of Independent Contractors.

Primary Responsibilities

1. People Management

   • Directs the activities of staff, ensuring ongoing work quality, monitoring workloads and ensuring activities continue to be managed during staff vacation/sick leaves
