OPERATIONS MANAGER (OUTLET) role at Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd

Responsibilities

To oversee and manage operations of CCK Fresh Mart outlet; to ensure smooth performance and profitability; to lead the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in retail operations or related field and 3 years in Managerial position. Salary RM4.2K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
• Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in time management, sales strategy and market trend.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
