Quick context: I relaunched EEN Group in July 2025 as an AI-native systems integrator. Three people, four divisions (AI/Software, IoT, Infrastructure, Strategic Consulting), serving clients across the USA, GCC, and Pakistan.

We just did
14x revenue growth
quarter-over-quarter.

Now we need help not breaking.

The role:

You'll own the operational backbone of a scaling services business:

• Client project management and delivery operations
• Account administration (contracts, invoicing, renewals)
• Contractor and vendor management
• Process building - because most of our SOPs are still in my head

What I'm looking for:

• 3-7 years in a services/agency/consulting environment
• You've seen what good looks like and want to build it yourself
• Detail-oriented but comfortable with ambiguity
