Operations Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cold storage facility. This includes managing personnel, optimizing workflows, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring the facility meets operational and customer service goals. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a safe working environment, improving processes, managing costs, and ensuring that products are stored and handled properly. Assistance in other tasks given by the HR Manager, Managing Directors and President.
