Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily freight operations, ensuring efficient handling of non-containerized cargo, air freight, and consolidation shipments. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods while maintaining high service standards. The Operations Manager will lead the operations team, streamline processes, manage carrier relationships, and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations, with strong exposure to NCL, air freight, or consolidation services
