We're hiring an Operations Manager to be the right hand of our Head of Operations — and to grow into one of the most important seats in our company.
Panna Hospitality Group runs some of Jakarta's most-loved full-service dining brands — GAISE Brunch & Bistro, 3 Times Bakery & Kitchen, and SUTBUL Modern Korean Dining — including the city's first truly pet-inclusive dining experience. We're not a hotel and we're not a chain of clones. We build distinct concepts that people travel across the city for, and we're scaling fast.
To do that well, we need an operator who can hold multiple outlets to ONE standard — and who's hungry to eventually lead all of them.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day operations across our outlets: service quality, consistency, and the guest experience that makes each brand special.
