As our Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize all warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products across the Philippines. You will be directly responsible for transforming our logistics backbone into a competitive advantage as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching
Implement and maintain a robust Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Achieve and maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
