Tenet Healthcare Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Verification of Benefits (VOB) to lead and manage healthcare revenue cycle operations supporting U.S.-based facilities. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance excellence, ensuring compliance, and developing high-performing teams within the VOB function.

This role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations expertise, and the ability to manage service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or BPO healthcare services.
