Operations Manager

**Description**

The **Operations Manager** will oversee the daily operation of the Distribution and Logistics departments within the branch. The OM ensures smooth operation of various processes including the processes of planning, implementing, and controlling the effective and efficient flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption.

**_Responsibilities:_**

+ Responsible for managing the overall operations of the facility including supervising team members, monitoring expenses and overseeing P&L functions.
+ Create and ensure a safe workplace and promote a culture of safety for the facility
+ Partner with internal leadership team (Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, Logistics) to maximize profitability, efficiency and to ensure customer satisfaction.
