Operations Manager

Overview

Capvance is an investment bank specializing in capital raising and M&A. We're scaling from initial traction to becoming the go-to capital advisory firm for fund managers.

We're opening a key role for our next phase: Operations Manager. You'll manage workflows across investor relations, deal sourcing, and client operations. Direct report to the CEO.

Must have: Expert-level Notion, Claude AI, HubSpot, and Miro knowledge. Exceptional organizational skills. No compromises here.

The Role

4 Main Areas:

1/ Client & Investor Relations

• Manage communications with fund managers and institutional LPs
• Review deliverables before they go to clients (reports, financial models, LP lists)
• Manage project deadlines and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide strategic guidance on capital raising strategies
• Jump in as an IC if needed
