Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bus operations including dispatching, routing, and scheduling.
• Supervise drivers, conductors, dispatchers, and operations staff.
• Prepare and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for drivers, conductors, and the operations team.
• Create and manage the schedules and duty rosters of drivers and conductors.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for fleet inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor fuel usage, manpower, and operational expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Handle passenger concerns, incidents, and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with LTFRB, LTO, DOTr, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate reports on trips, incidents, and operational performance.
• Recommend strategies for efficiency, safety, and service quality improvements.
