About the Role:
We are looking for a highly resilient and resourceful Operations Manager to serve as the bridge between the Founder and our growing remote team. You won't just be managing tasks; you'll be the engine that keeps the entire company running. reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee multiple departments, from HR and Customer Support to Marketing and Inventory.
