Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our end-to-end plant operations, including rice milling, drying, silo management, warehousing, logistics, utilities, engineering, and site safety.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, production yield optimization, cost control, and people performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capability and a solid technical background preferably in electrical systems or plant utilities to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability.
