OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve daily operational performance across all branches. Reporting directly to the General Manager / Operations Head, the Operations Manager ensures operational efficiency, policy compliance, asset protection, and achievement of company objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on operational control to drive continuous improvement in branch performance, inventory management, logistics, and manpower productivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly branch visits based on approved itineraries
• Monitor branch accounts receivable and coordinate timely collections
• Oversee monthly warehouse inventory counts and reconciliation
• Review, validate, and control monthly operational expenses
