Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

• Drive high standards of safety, operational quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
• Hold full P&L responsibility — managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and collections.
• Ensure projects meet all Company Policies, with strict adherence to Quartzelec Safety Rules.
• Manage processes and procedures to secure right-first-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
• Interpret and apply contractual requirements with support from the management and Commercial teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, generating quotations and supporting tender activity.
• Proactively manage costs and lead efficiency improvements to strengthen performance and profitability.
• Define project scope, ensure technical feasibility, and align resources effectively.
• Apply strong knowledge of Philippines commercial and financial law in daily operations.
