Compensation: ₱65,000 – ₱70,000 + allowances
Work Setup: Onsite – Makati (Monday–Saturday)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves monitoring performance, improving workflows, and guiding teams to meet company objectives. Candidates with exposure to Philippine visa processing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and team output
• Develop and improve internal processes and procedures
• Review operational reports and track performance metrics
• Identify workflow gaps and implement practical solutions
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff members
• Coordinate with departments to meet timelines and targets
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
• Support visa processing operations when necessary
